Adwords Sandbox - the official Google Adwords tool

Adwords Wrapper - takes your keywords list and generates keywords in " " and [ ] for your Adwords campaigns

Keyword Research Tools

Googspy (added 7/2/05) - Use this tool to spy on what others are bidding for on Google Adwords.

NicheBot (added 4/27/04) - check this one out if you need help finding niche markets. Instead of manually typing in search phrases in Overture and comparing the number of results at Google, this neat little tool does it automatically for you and shows you the ratio of the number of sites listed to the number of searches i.e. supply to demand ratio. 

Lexical Freenet - sometimes we all need a little brainstorming help when we can't think of enough good keywords. You'll have to try this one out.

Wordtracker - a free trial available for this keyword researching tool. You type in a keyword and it returns a list of relevant keywords along with the number of searches performed. You can also get a list of top 500 keywords emailed to you weekly. 

Lycos 50 - weekly top 50 keywords from Lycos.com

Google Zeitgeist - top 10 weekly and monthly queries on Google.com

Yahoo Buzz - the top 20 weekly searches on Yahoo!

Prog - shows you search results from Google with each page's PR listed as well.
